This place is great for those who like Asian food. Price ok..All kinds of Bangladeshi food is available here. note- If you want to eat at a restaurant, eat it and pay the bill then Again, if you want to take food home, pay the bill separately, If you don't do it separately, you will have to pay 3% service charge for all of them. So it is better to do it separately. This is my opinion
A very nice place.. tasty and not expensive, atmosphere really not Manhattan, a jump to the India area.
I travel 30 minutes just to come here its sooo good. It's so good they I forget to take pictures of the meal and everytime I clean the plate. I came at late night and early morning and service is always good. Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options as well. Love the chana mansala.
One of the best veggie samosas I tried 5 in the neighborhood. It’s flavorful and big
Kind of a chaotic diner atmosphere. The thenthuk noodle is made to order so it came out super hot, which is very comforting, like a warm hug. Very affordable as well. Mango lassi is a strange orange color instead of yellow and it's a little diluted, but still decent.Food: 5/5
This place is great. Found the food to be less greasy and better than other Bengali restaurant. The Chicken Kabab was tender, mildly spicy which was just the right amount. Recommend
The serve Purely Bangladeshi food. This one of the busiest store around the place. Customer service also very good. You can do breakfast lunch diner.
Food Review: Pakistani Duck Meat Curry Just when I thought I had tried every kind of curry, I came across the rare “Duck Meat Curry” at a small shop in Jackson Heights. The smaller kebab shops on the side streets tend to have the more exotic dishes and are much more affordable than your average Manhattan spot because 1 they are more local and authentic - you won’t see any tourists come here and 2 my personal theory is that they enjoy being a bit more creative instead of being 100% profit driven. Maybe it’s the lower rents/taxes/staff outlay that allow them to take this risk? I think their reputational / street cred are on the line too, with Jackson Heights being a pretty small community The curry was very heavy and the duck was filled with lots of fat and bones - a hefty dish for sure They had over 8 different kinds of biryanis, from beef, chicken, goat, “house special”, etc.! - Eating my way through immigrant-owned small businesses in NYC... -Instagram: Eat_the_Immigrant_NYC
Small restaurant inside another restaurant. All Nepali and Tibetan dishes. I love their jhol momo and chowmein. Very very affordable price. Best Chowmein I have ever had. The place is little shabby though.
The samosa there is good. I am not sure if it's hygienic enough. But hey I haven't had upset stomach after eating here. So hopefully it's clean enough.
