Part of the Citibank-sponsored Test Kitchen @ Urban Space Vanderbilt, this was a surprise. The Shrimp & Pork Lumpia, oh wow. It's like eating handmade tortilla chips salted but with deliciousness inside each bite. $7 for a late afternoon work snack. I'm hooked.
