I give them a two cause the car I purchased from them is a lemon good looking car but been having problems with it every since the warranty was out now the bill is in my hands and still making payments on it. Never again
They sell cars that have way to many miles and problems with them and don’t even last that long before you have to put them in the shop to get them fixed before you take them back to them and not pay them off. If they do take them back then it leaves a black mark on your credit score and you are still stuck with the remaining balance of the vehicle that you was buying and that is not a good thing.
As someone who is a DIY mechanic I have worked on my vehicles and others vehicles done many brake jobs and I've never encountered this if Metcalf were the ones who put new brakes on this vehicle then their mechanic do not know what they're doing these past should have put on each side of the vehicle not the same side but one of each should have been put on each side from passenger to driver I found these pads on just the passenger side someone needs to either reimburse me or fix this issue

Went in because I was having issues with my van that I got from Metcalf auto which is the risk you take getting a used car but I’m so glad I chose Metcalf auto because when they heard about the issues they took VERY VERY good care of me!! If your reading this review to help you decide if you should get a car from this place YOU SHOULD!!! I’m a nurse a mom of 6 and they all wanted me to make sure that I was taken care of! I’m in my van now riding smooth and my next car will definitely be from here!!!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM “FRANK” AT THIS PLACE. He is highly disrespectful, talks over you. Also if you and him have a DEAL made, he closes when to break the deal and make you feel crazy and belittled.
I went in asking if they had any cash cars and was told they didn't have any. Then I asked what the lowest car on the lot was and he said $8000. I had over $10,000 cash. Take your money elsewhere
My wife and I have been with Metcalf since 2008, and we love their service, cars, and facility. We only buy our cars from them. I see negative post regarding cars braking down, but all vehicles are subject to have mechanical issues cars are not guaranteed to run problem free forever. So big Thumb’s up to my Metcalf Team for being # 1. Keep up the good work. The Clayton’s have always enjoyed doing business there.
