I absolutely LOVE this place! I had never even seen a rowing machine before my first class but I’ve been going for a few months now and absolutely loving it! Found them on ClassPass and it’s BY FAR my favorite gym I’ve ever been to. The staff is amazing. Feels welcoming of all fitness levels and you can go at your own pace. Music, lighting and vibes are on point. Location is great. This has completely changed my fitness journey. Highly recommend you try it out!
I love the Crew at Crew Fitness! The workouts are actually fun. Never the same. Never boring. Great music! Amazing instructors that keep you motivated and coming back for more. I also appreciate that there are always modifications available.
Was looking for a new home base for workouts when I moved to Houston and so glad I stumbled upon Crew Fitness! Great coaches who are helpful and welcoming, really enjoy the environment and class size, and they have cultivated a great, friendly community.
Crew Fitness Rowing classes are just what I needed to get back into a routine. My right knee is weak, so other high impact or treadmill classes are too hard after so many ACL repairs! My quads and glutes are showing definition after just one month going twice a week!! Instructors are great, the facility is clean, the workouts are total body fitness plus cardio, the early morning 530 class availability, the music. I love it all!

I was super intimidated to try my first class because I'm very much a beginner, but the staff were so welcoming. I felt comfortable going at my own pace, and I had a lot of fun!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Crew and the team here! The workout is the perfect balance of cardio and strengthening, and it is one of the few workout classes I don’t dread. The music and instructors make 45 minutes fly by. Highly recommend!
I come by this studio on occasion with Class Pass and I love it every time! It’s a circuit style class with free weights and floor work in between rowing sessions/sprints. Will definitely keep you moving, focused and out of breath! Great workout, great instructors and facility.
I’ve been taking classes at Crew Fitness for a little over a year and I love the mix of cardio and weights. It’s an energetic class with great music that flys by pretty quickly. The instructors are incredibly helpful and informative. It’s a great experience that I look forward to each week. There is no issue signing up for classes and I’m always able to select the times that work best for my schedule.
