Methodist Women's Hospital

The billing department was a nightmare to work with. No customer service and extremely unprofessional. This has absolutely been the worst experience. After 19 years with Methodist, my family has decided to transfer all of our care needs to CHI Health.

The ER staff was beyond exceptional. Would definitely come back if need be.

Delivered my 3rd child here recently. All of the doctors, nurses, and other staff were professional and encouraging. We lived in another state with my first two and were nowhere near as impressed as we were here.

My daughter was recently a patient there and had an unplanned surgery. As a nurse myself I cannot say enough positive things about the nursing staff on 4th floor or the physicians we met while in ER and then followed her through diagnosis and surgery. The equality of care us what others should strive for!
