I have had the pleasure of working with Metric Realty for the past 5 years. Le'Kisha, Shanita, and Phyllis are all Godsends. After a rocky history with previous property managers I was referred to Metric Realty. From the start I noticed the difference in their professionalism, attention to detail, and diplomacy. They really go above and beyond to make sure the owner and tenants are well taken care of. They communicate well, send accurate statements, and consult us prior to any major expenses. I am able to be hands off for the most part and have the comfort of knowing I have professionals looking after my property/investment. They have really gained my trust over the years and I am happy to recommend them.

My homeowner journey started May 2021 with my agent Le'Kisha Stevenson. She was very patient, professional and knowledgeable of the home buying process. She was my biggest cheerleader eventhough at times I wanted to give up. During my closing 4/28/22 she was just as excited and happy as I was. I have very nice experience with Metric Realty, I am with them for last 3 years. Staff is very nice and friendly. They will respond to my emails, text messages and phone call very promptly. They provide all the updates about the tenants which is very helpful. They will send out monthly email statement for each property for our review. The portal is very well organized and I can find all the related documents on that portal. I will recommend to my friends and family who want use there service.
