Mike has taken care of my Valkyrie for years since purchasing it, not running, at an auction. He is very reasonable with pricing and you get service that you just can't get anywhere else. Thanks for everything Mike.

Terrible told me one price paid him in full finally after almost two months of having my 4 wheeler he said he needed more money so I paid him took my bike home rode it down the road at my house and it broke again

I have done business with Metrix, and more specifically Mike, since my first motorcycle, a few years ago. He has ALWAYS gone above and beyond, and ALWAYS been 100% about the customer. It's been a little while since my last venture in, but I remember vividly the parts hunt when the chain -I- ordered was the wrong length lol We're gonna call that one a shipping mistake for my pride's sake.... But Mike found the parts I needed, and got me on the road just the same, same day, within a couple hours! Even though they weren't in stock in his shop right then. Good luck getting service like that from the big box names. This review was a long time coming, and well deserved!
