I’ve lived here for the last year after moving from Denver and it was the perfect choice. First, the units are super quiet and everything is top notch in terms of fixtures. The building is fantastic with a great gym and common spaces that I actually enjoy using like the rooftop see the view in my pic. The location has made my move to Memphis more enjoyable, as well, as the downtown neighborhood is fantastic. Finally, from security to housekeeping to the leasing office, the entire staff really does take care of the residents. I fully recommend Metro67.
Metro 67 is an incredibly well run building, right across from the Law school in downtown Memphis. To a person, the staff is fantastic, and the security team is even better….. thanks to Walker and Charles! The rooftop is spectacular, and the responsiveness of the maintenance staff Sam, cleaning staff Tiesha and Ernestine remarkable! My husband Steve and I called this our second home for 4 and a half years and highly recommend to anyone!
Best place in downtown Memphis! The apartments are very nice, super quiet, and spacious. The amenities are top notch - newly updated gym, cardio studio, movie room, and dog wash just to name a few. However, the best thing about Metro is the staff/team - they make you feel so welcome and are quick to address any needs. And of course…. those sunsets
I am a Chicago native who now works in TN. Coming from a home and a large city I was unsure where to live. After looking at over 20 properties in the Memphis downtown area, I made Metro 67 my home! Ms. Ali Burton played a major part in ensuring I had the right accommodations for my needs. This lady is simply a jewel! I am beyond pleased with my unit, the community and must importantly the security of this building. The resident floors are quite and residents are mindful and respectful of one another. The entire Metro staff: front office, surveillance team, maintenance team housekeeping team Ms. Earnestine “Good Morning” are the pinnacle of customer care and relations. The build is well maintained and attention to detail is adhered to. Building improvements are on going to ensure residents comfort and concern are promptly addressed. Metro 67 offers the best in complete luxury residency in the downtown Memphis. I say complete because of the amenities, front office staff and security presence. Other properties might be beautiful; but do not have the presence of a staff and security. As a female business traveler, that’s important to me! Metro 67 also is intentional regarding building community and maintaining it. There are many opportunities for our diverse community to come together. Aside from an on-site grocery store, everything you need is on property: movie theater room, state of the art fitness center, fitness center gym, community area, complementary coffee station, event space, sheltered access to parking garage, roof top with grilling station, and amazing views! I have found my second home in Metro 67 and it is amazing
Love living here! It's great to have friends over in the vault or host movie night in the theatre! Love that I can just run downstairs for a workout orwalk to my favorite pots after work. Really cannot beat the rooftop. Even being downtown it's a p eaceful space. Everyone, even the pets, are super friendly. Definitely the best staff I've had in any property I've lived. There's been great community events where I've met my neighbors, but also soooo quiet when I get to my room. I love being able to relax in my own space or go out and be social anywhere downtown. Super convenient location. Barely ever in my car anymore. :
Metro 67 offers a great combination of safety, style, accessibility. The staff is wonderful and helpful at all hours. The building is up-to-date and renovated. The building location is optimal and accessible to every day needs. Overall, I have had a great experience here.
I lived in Metro 67 for 8.5 years, and loved every moment of it. The location is perfect. As my former roommate said “You park your car on Friday, and don’t need to get into it till Monday morning.” I lived in both the 3 bedroom/3.5 bath unit as well as a 1 bedroom 1.5 bath unit. The 3 bedroom unit layout is really great with a large open common space, and good sized bedrooms. As great as the apartment units are, the rooftop view is the best in town. The small vault in the basement is a great space to show friends as well. Some of the best food in town is walking distance from the apartment as well. Be sure to check out the amazing food over at Maciel’s and Bardog. The metro office staff Emily, Morgan, and Cage are the best, I never had any major issue while I lived at Metro, and issue I had they were quick to fix. I recommend metro to my friends, and hope you stop by and see what they have available.
I’ve lived in 15 different barracks, apartments, and rented houses in 10 different states over the last 14 years. The amenities, location, and most importantly the staff, have by far made Metro 67 the best experience I’ve had during that time. You can not ask for better living in downtown Memphis than this place.
Best apartment building and staff we have ever lived in! The entire staff goes above and beyond to help out their tenants, and treat everyone like family. The apartments themselves are beautiful, with great finishings. The floors look great, and the kitchen is spacious with a modern feel. Any maintenance issue which is rare is resolved within 24 hours every time. Special shout out to the the management staff: Morgan, Emily, and Cage; security team: Charles and Sam; cleaning crew: Tiesha; and maintenance staff: Sam. Overall, an outstanding team and building, and would highly recommend to anyone looking to live in downtown Memphis!
I was relocated to Memphis for work and needed an apartment to live in. My parents where hesitant about me living downtown in Memphis but I assured them that it was not as bad as the perceptions make it out to be. After touring several apartments in the downtown area, Metro 67 stood out to me as the top choice. The building is located in a nicer part of Downtown Memphis with a short walk to several bars and restaurants. The staff was very helpful with all of my questions and the two security guards Walker and Sam were very friendly and kept a good watch over the building. The maintenance staff was always timely in getting simple repairs done quickly and while I did not utilize them, I heard great reviews from the monthly cleaning service. Out of everything, the roof top views were my favorite part about living at Metro 67. Being able to come home from work to watch the sunset over the Mississippi river was something I will miss. Overall a place that I would highly recommend to any young working professional that is looking for an upscale apartment, surrounded by the many things Downtown Memphis has to offer.
