This Metro/T Mobile location has a kiosk similar to a small ATM inside the store to post your payment to pay your bill. This machine is broken or down most of the time, so the clerks have to be coaxed to process your payment. Isn't that part of their job? They act like it's not and doing this is beneath them. To top it off they charge an additional fee of $5 because they have to be bothered to do this, even though we couldn't use the kiosk because IT IS BROKEN AGAIN by no fault of the customer. I really do not like this store one bit. The salespeople are rather rude and are not friendly unless you are purchasing phones with accessories and plans for $800+! which we did, then they're all smiles and laughs and joking around. In every other visit we made to this store for payments and/or support, they were not helpful at all. They encourage customers to just call Customer Service rather than asking them for any help with our phones. I guess they're only there to make sales and that's all.
I have been a Metro customer for years because of their low rates. My faithful phone died and I went to the store for help. Juan was super nice about helping me. He advised me on different phones and help me set up the new phone. I got a feeling he enjoys being helpful. A nice experience.
Update. They are open now. Went in twice to get stuff done. No issues it was all fast and smooth. Very friendly staff. Eric helped us today, highly recommend him! Closed. Due to the virus I guess, which is totally fine. But it wouldn't hurt to update the maps right?
Juan at Metro by T-Mobile on Bascom was the most helpful guy that I ever talk to at Metro by T-Mobile. He got my phone working in 10 minutes what other four customer service over the course of at least 5 hours could not do. The original guy that sold me a a brand new replacement phone he tried for 2 hours to get the phone running but he just couldn't get it working on my new phone. Then he told me to go home and the phone would be working in 1 hour but nothing happened. The next day I come back he spend another hour with customer service and still nothing change my phone was still not working. Then the third day I stay on the phone with customer service for over 2 hours and they concluded that they need their Engineers to look into it and fix the problem which was going to take anywhere between 4:00 to 5 days. I finally came to the store that afternoon to return my device and who want to cover in 10 minutes he made it work and I didn't have to return my brand new phone. On top of that he went above and beyond and help me transfer all my data from my old phone to the new phone something that other coworker of his said it's impossible to do. Thank you Juan you are the best we need more of you working at Metro by T-Mobile.
Told something by one staff who was helpful. Then come in to get things transferred, was told they don't do that and to go ask the other person to help me who was not there then tells me, I shouldn't get anything at all, but they will do it out of the kindness of their heart. I was not rude or demanding at all, not sure why the attitude. Don't work at Metro if you can't do your job. Why are you so privileged to think you can talk down to me, when I'm just communicating what I was told. Made me feel like I was a huge burden on him and was super rude and condescending. Then tried to save face after sitting for two hours. This place has gone downhill and this was my favorite location, but I don't think I'll be back here again. I'll try my luck somewhere else from now on.
The Metro store on Bascom in Campbell was such a great experience the people that work there are so helpful wgo 507 thank you very much I appreciate you
Went in to this location spoke with the Manager Alfredo about my problem with T Mobil very knowledgeable and helped me with my I phones even charged my battery pack for Octoberfest Avi and Fernando were really nice as well greeted me as soon as I came in great store
Made the worst decision ever .My son bought me a TCL phone as a gift. It it literally broke down the second I walked out the door.
Girl who helped me was new and rude and all I wanted was a new phone so when I left I liked at the number that was assigned to me and it was a 510 area code smh now why would I want a 510 area code if I live in the 408 area code is beyond me so when I went back in the guy told me I had to call metro head quarters to change it and it cost me more money to change the number I was not happy at all when all she had to do was give e the right area code to begin with
This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had in a phone store. With all the new technology out Jason was so helpful and knowledgeable about helping me make an informed choice without pressure. I went with an LG 51 and Im really happy with my upgrade. Price was good too. Can really recommend the service here.
