Terrible customer service I’ve ever encountered . The dryers don’t heat properly after putting in over 50mins of dry time and its still damp. This guy here in the photo is rude and disrespectful after I kindly asked him for an exchange on another dryer since the one I was using is not heating. He has the audacity to say put more change and wait to see if it gets hotter ? Like its been 50min how much more time does a dryer need to heat? So rude Im never coming to the place again and after reading on google they are in need of repairs I should have done my research before coming.

The staff at this laundromat goes above and beyond to accommodate customers. It is very clean and COVID safety measures are a priority there. I have always had a good experience whenever I do laundry here - even after I moved I decided to walk the long distance because this is the best place in the area! Highly recommend them. 5 stars!

Clean, free machines, affordable, and really welcoming environment. No questions, no issues, come in, do laundry, get out. Highly recommend them!!!

I have been coming here since the owner opened up. Great place to do the laundry, I'm saddened to see so many machines in need of repair. Today my washers spin dry cycle did not work well and I had to wring the clothes with my hands because the clothes were soaked. As a loyal customer please update, repair or replace. Perhaps a new overhaul of the place would work. I wouldn't mind if there was a $0.25 increase per machine after the renovation, I would still keep coming.

A nice and clean establishment with mid sized machines and big for heavier loads. Friendly and helpful staff on premises that was wonderful and helpful. Thanks!

Disgusting laundromat filled with broken machines, rude staff who couldn't care less. Avoid.

Unfortunately this is the closest laundromat near us. I cringe at the fact that I have to use this place weekly. The owner or manager Noli has to be one most miserable people I have ever come across. Any question you might have is a disturbance to this man. One of the machines wasn’t working after paying for it and this guy through a fit because I didn’t know I had to open and close the door multiple times to get it to work. Got in my face like he wanted to get physical. Obviously we left. This place is a zero star laundromat and if you can avoid it just do it.

I've used this place many times over a long period of time because they're the closest place to my apartment. I work nights and only have one night off to do my laundry so I've been relaxed about a lot of ongoing problems. At least four out of ten times a washing machine stops working while a load is in progress, dryers tumble with no air, card machines eat my money, people steal items, everything. That would all be something i could be understanding towards the owners about, but they have never once reimbursed me or offered to, never once said that they were sorry that it happened, never once acknowledged that it was the truth even when multiple machines nearby were shut down for the same problem. I have repeatedly witnessed them accusing customers of lying for informing them that their machines weren't working. They not only deny the obvious, they yell, condescendingly pretend to peer into the machines, open and close the doors loudly, and then accuse the customers of being " crazy." They are one of the most obvious places to go to because of location, but there are better places within a few blocks.

The laundromat was not clean. Has dead bugs all area. Most of the washing machine do not work. I used a dryer that wasn’t blowing hot air so my clothes were damp. When I asked to the manager he said that I was scanning and didn’t give me my money back. Horrible customer service!!!
