I made a service call to Metro this morning as a cable on my garage door had snapped. I was told no problem coming today. They made it this morning. The service tech Will was very informative and answered my questions. Will and Kevin are very good and professional representatives of Metro. They checked all parts of the door .to insure that an older door can keep functioning. I have used metro for years and will recommend you any chance I can. A happy and satisfied customer.! Randy called and let me know when he would be arriving. I appreciated that. He was very professional and personable. Showed me and gave me lots of tips on how to maintain the garage door. He was very, very helpful! Great employee! Your office staff also went the extra mile to find out information for me. I highly recommend your company because of your employees.

I would recommend Metro Garage Door to anyone needing a new garage installed. The whole team that worked with me was great. I appreciated that neither the appraiser nor the installer Mike tried to sell me anything I didn't need. The office staff was very accommodating my need to reschedule my installation date. Mike, the technician was prompt, courteous, kept me informed about the installation, and finished the job in less than three hours!

We've used Metro Garage Door for several years. We've always been pleased with their service. Today, Randy came out to adjust the tension on our torsion spring and adjust the emergency stop sensors. He was done in a few minutes only changed us for a minimal call. As with all the techs we've had out, he was very friendly and helpful in helping us better understand how to care for our garage door to minimize calls to the company.

After a little garage door accident, I called Metro Garage Door for service. Everyone was kind and professional! Mike was able to come out same day and adjust the door so it would close. He was so professional and helpful! Today, a couple months later supply chain issues, Mike and Ryan came out to change out the panels. The door looks and works great! Thanks for your professional service!

Will was able to come out quickly was quick and professional. I trust the repair will be great. He only left 10 minutes ago.. Would have been 5 stars for this organization but the scheduler/receptionist did not accurately explain how the trip charge worked. Rather than being applied to our total bill it covers the first only 15 minutes of labor. This added at least $60 to the total bill beyond what I expected/estimated based on the updates about cost and time I received throughout the visit from the technician.

11/4/22 I would like to thank Metro Garage Door Personnel & specifically, Service Technician Randy, for a Stellar, Fantastic, Experienced, & Prompt job on servicing our garage doors. Randy was not only extremely knowledgeable, but gave well-seasoned expert advice on servicing, maintenance, & future options/suggestions at a very reasonable expense. Of note, we previously experienced with a long awaited appointment by another garage door company, only to be given a ridiculous quote for unnecessary repairs to our garage doors, when in essence was complete gouging, unjust enrichment, & inexperienced preparedness needing another appointment & a waste of my time. I turned around & called Metro Garage Door Co. & was able to have them come out the "Next" day & am So Thankful I did. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Metro Garage Door Company!

Chad our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect door. No pressure. Looks great, matches perfect, and enhances our house. Dusty installed our door and was very professional and careful with the installation. Explained how the new opener worked and made sure we were good with everything. Really appreciate the care we received from everyone at this company.

Jim B. Has been to our house several times over the years to work on our garage door. He’s always friendly, efficient and explains what is needed and why. He definitely works with us to not only make the needed repair but also prepare us for what might be coming in the next year or so. Metro is able to respond within a day or so and always provides great service!

Scheduling the appointment was a breeze, called on Thursday go an appointment the next day, early. Randy was prompt, knowledgeable and had some awesome ideas. He was very helpful in fixing our garage door after the electricians installed a new circuit box so close to the garage door track. He fixed the problem, answered any questions we had, too. I would highly recommend Metro Garage Door, especially Randy! Thanks again Randy!0
