Fantastic service! I took my car in to have my windshield replaced and they scheduled me for the following day. Not only was the Metro Glass quote HALF of what Safelite quoted me, but the service was done faster than they quoted me as well! They said it would be done in one hour and they called me back in 45 minutes. I saved $247 by choosing Metro Glass and I couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you!

Dishonesty everywhere. Take your money somewhere else and save yourself the hassle. This company is not run well. Full of nepotism and unprofessional management. They also advertise auto glass, yet don't do it. So also full of liars! I used to work here and I can promise you most jobs can be done, they just look for any excuse not to. Also I've seen firsthand employees drinking on the job. Even management

Excellent Service and Competitive Prices! They installed a new shower door for me in the time promised. Leigh Ann was very professional and helpful  when setting up our order and scheduling our appointment . I called several companies and Metro Glass' prices were the most competitive. When they came to install the door in my home they were kind and even cleaned up their mess. A few years ago my Mother had her living room window replaced and was very satisfied with her experience. . I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of these services.

This girl that answered was so rude. I wanted a quote and before she can even here me she kept cutting me off and wanted to get me off the phone. Don't come here !!!!

Hired them to you install new shower doors and repair a window. Very professional!  Great prices, excellent customer service. They said the shower doors would take 10 days to get in, but we had them in less than a week!! I would definitely use this company again.

What professionalism is all about. Friendly, knowledgeable service for any of your commercial, residential or auto glass needs. I've done business with them many times and always leave with a smile. I'd recommend them to anyone. Recently, referred them to my church for our security door needs and they were wonderful to work with. Lots of choices for glass needs in this city. We had our whole house mirrors and glass done by Metro Glass.   We love our Frameless Master Shower glass.  A few mirrors were cut at the wrong size, but they came back out the next day with new ones.  Great price and service.  Chris was great to work with!

The installer did a good job.  It took 4 weeks from the time I called them until the window was replaced.  Do not expect much from their office staff, treated like I was a nuisance not a customer.
