Saw a few so-so reviews and wasn't expecting much but our appointment for fingerprinting went smoothly and well. We had used another electronic fingerprinting service and the prints were rejected but the technician at Metro Lab kept at it until the electronic fingerprints were accepted and we had the results in a few hours. I would definitely recommend using Metro lab for FBI background check fingerprinting. However, it is in Washington, DC, so don't expect to find parking easily. We took a cab to and from the lab and it was easy to do

Technician did not know how to conduct test. Created a 2in diameter bald spot in the middle of my head when taking a hair sample for a drug test.

Why advertise 8am, if you don't open until 9am and please change your contact number on the building if it's not associated with the business.
