I had an amazing experience working with Paul. He was very attentive to my needs and desires for an apartment to which he did an extensive search to find great locations - it was extremely difficult to choose given his great options. Paul was also very flexible and accommodating during the house visit process and made sure that I got an opportunity to see each apartment in person before I made an option. After discussing the options and making a choice, the turnaround time for securing my apt was less than a day. I definitely intend on working with Paul in the future and would highly recommend him to folks new to the Boston.

Samantha Abreu is the best realtor I have ever worked with! She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and super responsive. She helped me move quickly to secure an apartment during an extremely tight market. She even went out of her way to film and send me a video tour of the space after I had already submitted my application, just so I felt more comfortable. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Metro is great!!!! We worked with Charles Haritos and had a great experience. He answered all of our questions about the apartment very quickly and we never had to wait long periods of time for a response. He got our paper work through very quickly and we had our apartment in a couple of weeks. Charles made a very stressful housing market easier to navigate. Highly recommend!

Have always loved working with Metro but Chase Donley really hit it out of the park for us! We were only just looking for a cheap student rental but he still took a lot of care in finding us a place and was extremely patient with us even when we had *multiple* rounds of roommates drop out. He was extremely responsive and he worked quickly to get us the best apartment we had viewed in a fast moving market. I swear I have not been paid off to say this haha, I’m just very pleased with the level of service. 11/10 experience!

I had a great experience with Metro Realty Corp. I was stuck in a tough situation, looking for a new place. I googled several places, but ended up finding a really great place. Although my agent, Sam wanted this to work for me, she mentioned how other realty places had access to the listing, and we needed to act quickly. I've never enjoyed being a impulsive person. But her encouragement helped me pull the trigger of change, that I needed. I was denied the first time I applied, but Sam offered solutions. I was mostly expecting to just be ignored for the next customer, but Sam offered different suggestions to help me apply. Eventually I got the place, I am currently moved in, and I'm very comfortable, thanks to their help.

I reached out to the them looking to rent immediately in June when the majority of Boston leases start in September. Sam Abreu at the firm connected with me and helped me find and sign a great apartment in my price range that let me move in mid-June. She made the process hassle-free and helped out every step of the way. I would have probably been staying at an Airbnb without her help. Thanks Sam!

Chase Donley went above and beyond to make my rental happen. I worked with Chase to rent an apartment in Brookline. First Chase brought me to an outstanding looking property compared to others I was shown in my area and budget by other realtors after listening to me and carefully considering my situation and needs. Once I knew I wanted to go ahead he was very responsive. I was new to the area and the process and Chase walked me through everything step by step and got me through some initial jitters and hurdles.
