Dishonest although the receipt says 7 days to return they refuse to give your money back and on top of that they take out all of the accessories and give you cheap ones. I will never spend another penny here poor people that don't know any better shop there. go to Best Buy, Walmart, and any other well known stores.
I read all of the previous reviews and im shocked to see that people had such a bad experience. On the other hand, its been the best service Ive received in my life, the customer service is great, great prices as well. Everyone should go there :
Extremely rude. The guy who's name is tony Andrade who is "the Manager" he says treats non speaking English people with disrespect and takes advantage of them by charging more $$$. I would never go to this store ever again. Didn't even let me borrow the phone to call metro. He was scared and nothing he said made sense. He needs to go.
Metro is the best. No contracts. Easy to pay.
I had just got a phone from them that didn't work but I was too busy to return it in the 7 days so I just got another one and I ask REPEATEDLY for them to check it before they gave it to me and as soon as I got home, it didn't work
