This community is an absolute pleasure living here. The staff really makes sure we are part of the family. I love all the nearby shopping and restaurants. Gives a nice urban feel. The amenities here are the best, absolutely gorgeous. There amenities are very well kept and there is always something to do. We absolutely love it here!

I have lived here for more then a year, I have done several maintenance requests here, all the time they have fixed whatever I had a problem with. This place is very nice and clean.

Cortland at South Mountain is a wonderful place to live, where I feel valued & appreciated as a resident. The community is friendly & respectful. The pool & common areas are impeccably maintained. This is a very classy place with so many amenities that I highly recommend! By far the best apartments to call home in the area!

Staff is very friendly and informative. The amenities are very nice and clean. The community has lots of events and things happening. It truly feels like you are living at a resort. The apartments are very nice and spacious as well. I will be a resident here for years to come.

Beautiful property, clean, well-maintained. My experience with Rose, my leasing agent, was top notch - she went above and beyond to work with my schedule for a tour, and answered all of my many questions professionally and patiently. Can't wait to move in!
