Friendly staff, immaculately cleaned common areas building, management has strict rules on paper, but they are understanding and usually willing to work with you if a situation should arise. Would recommend to anyone.

Great location and building. Easy to navigate but can be confusing. Walk your steps. Easy parking to the shops underneath.

The building is a one of a kind! Great amenities and lobby. Large gym and common areas. Professional community. Also, best midtown location. So glad i live here.
