Metropolitan Commercial Bank (Park Avenue)

Called in with issue, spoke with a rep that was very polite and addressed my concern immediately. I was then transferred to Mary in the Wire Department and she did a superb job locating my wire info and providing me with the information I needed to move forward with my situation. She is very resourceful and knew exactly where to look and what to do! Thank you!

They're so much better than Bank of America... BofA sent money via ACH (their transfer is very confusing...they give me 3 options and only the same-day transfer is wire and the other two options are ACH but on their website they're just grouped together) to CoinBase's Metropolitan Commercial Bank. I kept bugging BofA several times to request ACH reclamation but they haven't done anything for more than a week whereas Mary from Metropolitan Commercial Bank was very helpful for locating the fund and coordinating the transfer back

Pretty sure they're a scam. They keep sending me stuff in the mail with a bunch of weird add ons. Since the only branch is in new York and I live in the Midwest it seems unlikely.

Horrible, just horrible. Is this a 'banking outfit' that is allowed to operate the the US. Probably would receive good reviews in a 'third world' country. They will not be around much longer, get your money out now!!!!

The phone # only leads you to a voice mail. Website defaults to M&T bank and they say they are not connected with Metropolitan.
