I started experiencing severe wisdom teeth pain at the beginning of the week. By Wednesday I was in for a consult with Dr. Lee and by Friday morning my wisdom teeth were out! The office is clean and convenient. The staff makes sure you are getting the best price for the procedures you need with your insurance company. Dr. Lee and Hannah made sure I was comfortable, informed, and most of all that I received the best care. Everything from the consult to post surgery instructions were flawless. I highly highly recommend Dr. Lee and her team!

I had 3 wisdom teeth removed. The entire process from consult to the actual surgery was excellent. Everyone in the office was personable and kind. Dr. Lee was funny and straight forward. The surgery itself was easy and recovery has also been easy. They set me up with an IV, apparently closed my eyes… and then woke up and it was done already. What?! Thankful that there was zero stress with the actual surgery itself. Highly recommend. Also their work with my insurance and calculating costs was excellent.

Always nervous about getting dental work done. A surgical tooth extraction from a failed crown on a twisted tooth and implant prep raised my blood pressure big time. Dr. Lee put my mind at ease when I met her. She noticed I was nervous and took the time to assure me she does this every day. I felt like I was in good hands. To my surprise, it was a very comfortable procedure. Office staff was very pleasant. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee.

Honestly They are really great people. Really patient , very professional and Dr lee has Golden Hands. I mean I did not feel anything at all with those injections. Knows what she is doing and is very diligent. Her assistants are on point as well , reassure you and walk you thru the whole process. I mean it was overall a great experience and 97 % pain free to be honest. The whole staff is on point. Thanks again everyone.

Dr. Lee and her staff performed and acted with great care and consideration throughout the entire process. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed, and the surgery and recovery has been smooth throughout. I received a courtesy call from the office as well to make sure I'd been taken care of. Dr Joyce Lee is a highly skilled oral surgeon. She takes excellent care in her work and with her patients. Her staff is thoughtful, thorough, and provide a lovely personal experience. They follow up with you, check in on you, and they care. Unbelievably easy recovery due to the great care and skill. Can’t say enough good things about this practice!

Office is very clean and professionally operated! Masks are required for both employees and patients which made me feel safe and comfortable! Dr Lee is thorough and her years of experience is demonstrated by the way she evaluates and speaks to the patient. Thank you Dr Lee.

If you’re looking for quality dental care, do NOT go here or waste your time. My experience here was horrible! You would think by the location and the layout of the office that they would deliver satisfactory care but I was wrong from the moment I stepped into the office. The front desk receptionists “Jess” and the other two guys were not welcoming at all and looked rude. When I originally thought I made my appointment, it appeared that it was never even booked . I found that out after calling a week later to try to see if any sooner appointments were available, but comes to find out the appointment was never booked. After the appointment was booked I was told I had to wait a full month because they were booked and as a first time patient , the communication was terrible! I wasn’t informed of any expectations of the appointment and was given miscommunication about the appointment details so apparently it was a consultation appointment only after I already made adjustments , like to take off from work and school. The coordinator said she would take it up to management because of the terrible communication of the front desk. I had to pay for parking as well because I parked at the wrong location and wasn’t aware of where to park for that office . At my actual appointment, upon arrival the atmosphere was unsettling again and I didn’t feel welcome. I arrived early and waited about 45 minutes just to be seen. The only good experience about it was the Dentist was friendly. But the overall staff , front desk and management ruined the whole experience. After talking about my concerns with Daniel the manager about my incredible tooth pain , he didn’t appear to care and basically insisted that I take my money elsewhere and that it would basically be another month before my surgery. When I arrived for my real appointment, the atmosphere was unpleasant once more, and I didn't feel welcome. The dentist was friendly, which was the only positive experience. However, the management, front desk, and general employees destroyed the entire experience. Daniel, the manager, didn't seem to care when I expressed my concerns about my excruciating tooth pain, and he basically recommended that I take my money elsewhere and that it would likely be another month before my operation. I would not recommend this practice!!!!

Dr. Lee is very good at her profession! She explains things completely. Do yourself a favor and read about your procedure. Be prepared so you will know what to ask. If you are willing to do your part, you will have a great team!

absolutely amazing experience. Everyone was/is nice, had all of my four wisdom teeth extracted, and it was all done within the hour with no pain! i was nervous but quickly realize that it was no big deal. Definitely recommend this location.
