The company as a whole need to change and the system is broken when it comes to loyal staff. My advice work for the company, get your experience, and then leave. Favoritism and mean high school mentality runs the company meaning the department you interviewing for.
I have not even hear from my case worker in 5 months an thats sad
The staff is wonderful Dr. Saul is the most compassionate women I have ever meet she makes things so much more comfortable and helpful.
