Do you really want to change your life? Quit smoking? I WAS a 50-year smoker. I smoked all the way up to going through the door to Barbara's office. I was so tired of the smell, the attitudes of others even if you were outside, and all I could see was rolling up a $10 bill and lighting it on fire every day. Do the math, and quitting will pay for itself, and then you will really see what you spend. I was a little skeptical. Most importantly, I wanted to quit. If you are ready, I can not recommend Barbara's services enough. I am 2 months smoke-free, and I've had several times I thought I wanted one. Barbara gave me a tool during hypnosis, and it works! I'm not even using a crutch. I am a non-smoker, and I like it that way! You will too!
I'm not saying it's easy to quit, but this helped for sure. I figure with the cost of smoking why not try. I've not smoked for 2 months now and I know I have it beat. I still had some urges but when I'd go to the gas station I didn't have to fight any urges NOT to buy a pack, I just didn't want to buy them. I had some pretty heavy stress going on this last month, still smoke free. I feel it was worth the money and don't regret the investment in my health for the future. The hypnotist did a good job and spoke with me about it prior to the hypnosis. A+. Thanks Barb.
