Dr. Michael Wolfeld is not only a doctor but also a gentleman.  He’s excellent. He made me look like a moviestar.  And I appreciate the way I feel about myself following my hair restoration.  His staff is excellent.  Charlene, who assisted with the restoration, and her staff, were amazing.  And the front office of Kelly, Olga, and Crystal, made me feel right at home.

I did my FUT a year ago and the results have far exceeded my expectations. Dr Wolfeld and his whole team is professional to his fingertips and made me feel since the first consultation that I was in the best of hands; someone I could trust for his vast knowledge and experience, his good advice on what worked me aesthetically, and his impeccable bedside manners. Looking our best is definitely priceless, but the chance of finding the right doctor for that also is. I can't recommend Dr Wolfeld enough!

Had a great experience here. Wolfeld made something that is uncomfortable for most very comfortable. I am happy with my results and satisfied with the knowledgeable recommendations Wolfeld made to make sure the results are long term. Look out for their Shampoo and Conditioner dropping soon! Fantastic!!! I came to see Dr. Wolfeld with hopes of improving my hairline. I really wasn't sure what to expect, but I had received multiple really positive recommendations about Dr. Wolfeld and I decided to come and see him for a consult. Both Dr. Wolfeld and his entire staff were so nice at the consultation and answered all my questions. And there were many I underwent the FUE procedure and Dr. Wolfeld was just unbelievable. He is always involved, on top of everything, and so nice and personable. The procedure day was seamless; no discomfort. To be honest, I never expected to have the results that I see in the mirror every day. I just am so happy every time I look at the mirror and I see my full, natural hairline. Amazing results!! Dr. Wolfeld really is the best of the best for hair restoration.

Dr. Wolfeld is a fantastic doctor. He is very caring, knowledgeable, patient and listened to all of my concerns about my hair loss. He takes his time with his patients and explains everything in detail. His office staff is very friendly and accommodating. The office is brand new, clean and beautiful. He was very honest with me about the expectations I had for my procedure. The results one year later are incredible. I never imagined that my hair could look this great. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a talented surgeon in the hair restoration field. He is the absolute best. Have no doubts.

*REVISED REVIEW*- 1/27/22= the secretary called me the next day since my visit and explained to me the reasoning for Dr.Wolfeld’s random departures and refunded me my consultation fee. So I will raise him a star for taking initiative and rectifying the situation. 1/26/22. This is my first time leaving a review and I felt compelled to do so after my $100 consultation with Dr. Wolfeld. *I felt I was given a half thorough assessment without his full attention. Within 10 minutes of the consultation he randomly walked out of the room and would have me sitting there for 5 min. That was done randomly and without reason for his absence a total of 3 times. And the 3rd time he left, he never came back in or even said goodbye/nice meeting you. He just sent his assistant in to read me the numbers. *With that set aside he was also monotone and cold and made me feel like just another patient to get in and out. *to sum it up , What encouraged me the most to leave this review was the random walkouts and him leaving without saying goodbye after I paid $100 to sit with him is just totally unprofessional. The people at Bosley are way more thorough and a lot warmer.

After my consultation and then procedure I felt compelled to post some of my thoughts on the experience. First, my experience with Dr. Wolfeld and the staff was exceptional from the time I arrived to the time I left - thank you to everyone. Secondly, on a post-op comfort level I would say I was at about an 8/10 with pretty mild but expected swelling and minimal irritation over the following 2-3 days - I was worried about this stage for no reason in hindsight. At the time I'm writing this its been 11 days and I have been back to business as usual for days! I attribute the seamless and quick transition from the procedure to BAU to the level of skill + attention Dr. Wolfeld and the team likely pride themselves on. I will say that if this is something you're considering, meet with him and the team immediately! You will not regret it.

Dr. Wolfeld and his staff are incredibly really kind and considerate health practitioners. I am so happy to have picked his office amongst the many plastic surgeons in the city. He is very personable and considerate -- a really great doctor with incredible results. I have nothing but positive things to say about the team, Sue R., and the receptionists across his offices. Truly recommend his practice from start to finish!

My son who is in his mid 20’s recently had Dr Wolfeld do the FUT in September. My son is living in NYC working and when we learned that the best in the business is right there in NYC we immediately decided to book a consult with Dr. Wolfeld. Best decision we have made. The doctor took the time after hours and called me the night before surgery to go over the procedure and answer all my questions. The other shining star in their office is Sue who helped with booking the consult/scheduled the surgery date/pre and post care instructions and was awesome helping me use our flex spending money. Dr Wolfeld and his staff were wonderful. He was very forthcoming about what he could and could not do. He answered every question without hesitation, pressure or empty promises. The results far exceeded my expectations.
