Working with Mike was awesome! I've know him for years, and working with him was such a great experience. He was extremely professional from start to finish. Buying a home can be a big, scary, overwhelming experience but it wasn't working with Mike. He has a spreadsheet that lists out each escrow process step by step with due dates. His response time was almost immediate, and his follow up is impeccable. He genuinely cares for his clients; when the time comes to purchase our next home we will definitely be calling Mike!

We met Mike by chance, when we were driving around searching for open houses one weekend. We were clueless on how to even start looking for a home. He was really helpful and relaxed – not like some other pushy realtors we had met. We had decided to ask him to be our realtor before we even left that property, and we are so thankful for meeting him that day! After reviewing our “wants” and “deal-breakers” he created a personalized listing search to weed out all the properties that didn’t meet our needs. This portal was really helpful in previewing properties to decide which ones we wanted to see in person. We were most impressed with how organized and responsive Mike is. He always responds quickly through phone, text, or email. Mike was very quick to set up showings for properties we were interested in, and very flexible with our schedule. Then after finding the house that we thought was “the one,” he was quick to draft up and submit our offer letter. We are happy to say that our offer was accepted and we now live in our dream home! We couldn’t have done it without Mike - throughout the entire process, he was a source for information and guidance, and made sure we covered all the bases and met all the deadlines. We are proud to call Mike our realtor and also our friend!

I just recently just started my real estate career. My goal is to become a successful realtor and help families find their perfect dream home, one family at a time. Mikey has been a great help to me. My husband and I knew we wanted to buy a house but didn't have a realtor. We met Mikey one Sunday afternoon at an open house and we were so impressed with him that we hired him months later. His friendly personality sets him apart from the realtors we met. He seemed genuinely eager to help us find the perfect home and worked quickly and efficiently once we did find that house. He was never pushy with us, and let us look at our own pace. He bent over backwards to make sure we got a great deal on our new home. We will definitely come to him again for any real estate needs in the future.

We contacted Mike because someone we know referred him to us and thank heavens she did! Mike was our pillar in the home buying process as it can be pretty overwhelming at times and he was the one who kept his focus throughout. There are good people, and then there are great people. Mikey and the team at The Garcia Team Hawaii are GREAT people. I'm always impressed by how they are so intentional about providing a truly unique experience to their clients, and it all starts with finding out what their clients "really want".
