My wife and I stopped here just to admire the latest fashions of Michael Kors. We were greeted by 2 great employees that took a genuine interest in us and actually talked to us as people, not customers. Although we did not make a purchase on this visit, we will definitely consider this outlet for our next purchase. Thank you.

I worked here. I don’t like the way they customer serviced and many things aren’t handled right at Michael Kors.

Customer service was exceptional. They took the time to text me a picture of the correct bag I was looking for held it for me and truly went out of their way to make sure all my needs or expectations were met. I work in the customer service industry and do my best to provide everyone with the best possible care I can very rarely do I get in return this was a truly exceptional experience
