Dr Spann and Haley are the absolute best at what they do! They are great at talking you through everything and making sure you understand before you jump head first into something. They also usually have some kind of promotion going or you can sign up for aspire and earn points towards credit on your account so it helps make it all super affordable! The entire staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful as well. I’ve been using them for quite a while now and have always been pleased!

I have had multiple procedures now and LOVE my results. I have so much more confidence in my body after surgeries with Dr Spann. This has also motivated me to be able to lose some weight to better maintain my results. Injections and lasers with Hailey has been a breeze with her light hand, keeping my goal in mind of aging gracefully without looks of overdone or inflated that are more popular these days. My experience has always been top notch.

After losing 140 pounds I had a lot of lose skin. Although lighter on the scales my belly and upper arms looked as if they had melted. Still hating my body, I started looking for a good Doctor. I found and amazing one with Dr Spann. I never dreamed my tummy would be as flat as it was when I was in my early 20’s and my arms….just let me say I now wear tank tops. I haven’t felt comfortable enough to wear tank tops for over 5 years. A bikini or two have also been addd to my swim ware. I couldn’t be happier with the tummy tuck and arm lift Dr Spann did. Let me add that Dr Spann and his staff are the nicest people. Shortly after my surgery I had to be hospitalized for hiatal hernia surgery. Dr Spann came to the hospital to check on me, he is truly a caring and sweet Doctor. In fact his whole staff is equally wonderful! I highly recommend Dr Spann for any procedure you are wanting to have. He listens to you and thoroughly explains things in a way you can understand. His mannerisms as well as his staffs, made me feel a 100% comfortable. So much so that the day of my surgery I was excited and not nervous. I highly recommend him!

I am a bariatric patient and have lost 110lb. Dr spann was my 4th consult for a tt, Mr, and breast lift with implants. Ended up doing a 360 lift, Mr, breast lift and implants I was hesitant about doing the consult due to having to pay for it. My bf convinced me to go ahead and get it so I did despite already being scheduled for surgery with another Dr. He was honest about my procedures and my expectations. I agreed to do a little more with him compared to others to keep from having to do an additional surgery later another dr had warned me I may see other things i dont like and want more procedures later. Dr spanns prices are comparable to others in town. Surgery was at Baptist and im thrilled with the results! His staff at LRPS are just as amazing as him! They are always happy to answer questions i think I called 4x the month before surgery.. always coming up with something else to ask and are quick to correct any issues that may arrive!

Dr Spann and his staff are amazing. They truly care about and your needs and provide top notch service!!!! If you are considering plastic surgery, do not go anywhere else, he is truly the BEST!!!!

I love Doctor Spann, his work is the best!! I have had a tummy tuck and lipo in 2019 I have gotten great results. He makes u feel comfortable. His staff members are so nice and sweet and caring. Doctor Spann, is very honest .He goes over and beyond his work to make sure u get the results u need. The Facility is very clean. One the scale 0-10 he is a 10+. I would highly recommend him. I always brag on his work ethic. Thanks Doctor Spann, and his workers, thank y’all so much for being a sweet heart.

Dr. Spann and the staff at LR Plastic Surgery are top notch. They demonstrated tremendous care and concern for me throughout my entire time with them. Dr. Spann's passion for what he does shows in the way he treats his patients. His nurses and office staff are very accommodating and caring. My only regret is waiting as long as I did to have surgery. I feel great and LRPS has helped me get to this point. I highly recommend LRPS!

Dr. Spann and his team went above and beyond for me from day one. He answered every one of my concerns. The day of my surgery tummy tuck, breast lift and TRL laser resurfacing the staff made me feel very at ease and comfortable.
