My experience here today was above and beyond pleasurable. I went in to purchase display cases for trading cards/sports cards. They were on sale for buy 1 get one half and they only had one in stock. The girl was so nice when I asked and was very apologetic and offered to give me the one at half price due to not having an even quanity. I was beyond pleased with the service today and Michael's for their spectacular customer service.
Went here twice to get cello bags. I called ahead to see if they were in stock after Christmas, but not until I came back a second time was I able to locate them. They were in a different aisle. Usually very helpful.
Typical Micheal's store with a large variety of craft supplies and HomeGoods. I love to browse the store and check out the specials. Right now 40% off holiday items. The store was clean and well organized. Staff was friendly and helpful
Michael's is a great place to find your crafting supplies and holiday decorations. I buy when items are at least 40% off since retail price is a bit pricey. Store was pretty organized and clean
Michaels is a arts & crafts super store chain throughout the United States. They also have lots of picture frames as well as do custom framing. There stores are clean and have a decent inventory of items. The staff is friendly if you can find someone. They don’t staff their stores with enough people. Their prices are on the high side, but you can find coupons that save you money.
I have been to Michaels before. I had no idea if you sign up, discounts and coupons are available. I'm glad I got that. A store for all the creative people. I went there to get: Acrylic an water colour paints and brushes.
I wish I could work here. I consider this place as my so-called Church of Many Craft Ideas. As someone who has 30 yr experiences with Arts & Crafts,under her belt.
Chose to go here instead of Hobby Lobby thinking that Michael's would have more items and at better prices. But they were much more expensive than I thought. The deals on the Christmas items were totally worth it! But when it comes to stickers or getting collage books, I'll definitely stick with Amazon.
I just love this shop. Every time I come here I end up walking around and checking out different things and getting ideas for a long time. It inspires me to create more. Last time I came here to buy a photo album. Since these things are a rarity these days I didn’t expect to find a lot however they surprisingly had a lot of great choices! I ended up buying a really cute one and then was browsing around Xmas decor aisles for hours..
Great service at the back counter. Staff member was very nice and answered all our questions about frames. Really happy about the after-Christmas sale prices on Christmas items. Thank you.
