Started a new project and found the most beautiful yarn. I will be returning soon. So many ideas -Amazing Tonia

Michaels is several miles away, and I didn't know if they would have the tiny but strong size of beading cord with stretch I needed for a piece of broken jewelry. I took the chance and it definitely worth the drive. There were two packs with six choices each. And I was very impressed with the options available for larger cording. The only down tick is because I didn't see even one employee working out on the floor away from the cash registers a customer could ask for help.

I love to shop at Michaels for my craft projects. I am a fairly new and fairly talented craftsman. I got real high seeing all the beautiful things in this store. Everything is really organized and clean. I signed up for their savings program which gives me a high when I get to the register because I always save money! Created this for my besties birthday.

Staff is always helpful and large selection of yarn. Prices are always good and usually running sales. They just added new self checkout registers which has greatly helped with wait times in line.

I went here with my daughter, we bought some yarn to make scarfs. The employees were stocking new items with heavy ladders without concern for customers. I felt like I was in the way. When I get to the checkout, I realized I always get a 20% off coupon so I frantically search for a coupon online. The cashier is not helpful and looks confused when I ask if I can use an online coupon. I really should stop coming to michaels, the costumer service isn’t great. I’ve had experiences with cashiers helping me out with the daily coupon or sale, this lady wasn’t it. In the long run I spent 56.00 dollars. The lady with blue hair and glasses, please be more helpful. I won’t be back.

My kiddo asked me to take him to Michael's we had never been to one before. He walked around aimlessly, circled the store twice. I really had to pee. We walked towards the restrooms, parked the cart outside of the restroom area. Walked into the restroom, looked in the first stall, and the toilet was filled to the brim with feces. There were only two stalls, so we walked to the second stall. I told my kid not to touch anything while in the stall because it was disgusting. I'm still hurriedly trying to pee at this point. All of a sudden, my kid screams, "It's a cockroach!" Sure enough, a cockroach is running down the wall of the bathroom stall we're in, and runs into a hole between the toilet and the floor. It was absolutely vile. I was unable to speak with any employees at the store as I didn't see any AND it was a self-checkout situation.

The bride and I usually do not exchange gifts. But, being the dutiful husband I bought her one this year. Michael's had the easel that made the perfect choice. She was ecstatic and I was the hero. Thanks Michael'!

Shopped for a jewelry box. Pour selection. Asked an associate if there were others in a different spot. She directed back toward where I was already looking but had the wrong isle number and didn't walk me to. The product as she should. Also, can not use online coupons in the store, which is dumb.

First time ever coming here!! Upon entering the store it felt like I was entering into Christmas Town lol. It just smelled like Christmas to me. But the store was very organized. I was able to walk down aisles and find everything I needed for my project. I was also amazed how many different sizes of crochet needles they had single and in packs. I was worried I would need to order online what I needed, but nope Michaels store came through! When checking out there was somewhat of a long line, but the cashier mentioned they have self checkout stations open, and so I went to self checkout and it took less than 3 minutes to ring up my items and sign up for their reward program and I was out the door!

I recently went to Michael's looking for planners. They have 12 month and 18 month planners as well as accessory packs. I have purchased a custom frame from there in the past. As well as other things like photo storage, jewelry bags, little ramekins, etc. I always receive great customer service.
