Great store, and for beads and jewelry making has lower prices and more bead selection than hobby lobby. Clearance section is a bit confusing as everything is mixed up and not labeled individually or with signs per item type/price, rather it's sectioned into shelves of prices, and no one maintains those shelves to stay in order. You kind of have to search for shelf with most of said product and hope it's the right price for item. Other than that they have some really great colors for inks in calligraphy pen section, and unlike hobby lobby the colors actually mix easily with light shaking of bottle. Definitely made a return customer out of me!

It's not a bad store to go shopping here. At least the store changed a little because of self checkout which is nice to scan and pay yourself. It's also nice and organized...keep up nice work to clean to make people interested in buying things!

Wow! Great after Christmas sale! Many of the cool things I bought will be great for next Winter Solstice. The employee who helped me was terrific! It was a fun shopping trip! Thanks!

Just went here to pick up an online order. My order somehow got misplaced and the lady that helped was such a sweetheart. Mind you, it's the start of the holiday season and they're swamped. My experience at this location has always been a good one. The employees are wonderful and very knowledgeable

I called to ask if this location had an item in stock posca paint pen size 1M in grey, and was told yes. Since three other locations I called did not have it in stock, I asked them to double check the color and size and she insisted she had it. I asked if she could put it on hold for me, and she took my name and did so. When I arrived, it was NOT the item I asked for and described. It was a different color silver, not grey, and she had lied about double checking it. I was polite despite being upset, having driven over an hour to get to this location and wasting gas to do so. The cashier then told me “If you get mad at me, I will kick you out.” I was upset but being calm and extremely polite. So being threatened on top of that was extremely inappropriate. Luckily, we found one left of the color I needed and I was able to purchase it and leave. But being lied to and then threatened when I was understandably upset by this, AND i was being calm and polite despite it all… I am just absolutely floored. That was so so so inappropriate. Edit: Turns out it was the store manager Amber who said this to me. She lied on the phone and claimed she never said that so I am escalating it to the district manager.

High professional work accomplished in the frame shop. Needed a simple wire installation on a large frame. It was done for 5 dollars plus tax and under 15 minutes

No one is ever around to help you find things. Now that the self check out machines have been installed, I feel the lines are longer, and there's one employee working at the register.

I am a new amateur painting artist, and Michael's not only has great deals, but the coupons and rewards program is amazing. I simply love going there and know they have what I need.

Every time I need something whether it scraps or making a cake or drawing it's always there. I love the bundles they have with the colored pencils and markers and paint. I love going to Michaels! I feel like I can make a thousand different things. I walk down every aisle and want to get everything. They also have a bunch of great coupons when you sign up for their email. I get all kind of great deals. The people there are very friendly and helpful.

I can't believe there's so many Christmas decorations and it's not even Halloween yet. Doesn't help anyone get in the spirit when it's shoved down your throat for 3 whole months.
