I'm posting these pics in hopes of getting Corporate's attention. Visited yesterday evening to pick up a few items and couldn't believe my eyes. I was unable to get around from all the boxes. Truly looked like a hoarder's home. Asked an employee, who I assumed was in management, why there were SO many boxes everywhere and was told they get shipments every two weeks but don't have the staff to put everything away. PLEASE someone help. I'm a business owner myself and understand sometimes things happen but this was like nothing I've ever seen before. Wishing this store better more organized days ahead.

The cleanest, well organized, and stocked inventory Michaels I have ever seen. They keep products in the area they need to be and staff are organizing all the time. The check out line went fast. Let’s just say, you need to go.

Always has a huge selection of beautiful seasonal items as well as every day crafters supplies! Easy to find help as well. Which is a huge bonus! The wonderful & super sweet employee, Faith - is always so helpful, knowledgeable & always a pleasure to speak & share ideas with. She deserves SO MUCH recognition for all of her help & knowledge for just about everything. Good job, Faith I hope this review gets to exactly who it needs to get to so Michaels can acknowledge you also!

Impressive with the new inventory like the self-cashier register. But the prices are high even the lower staff service and no more bags something should be considered after all this reduction and customers are being more active. I hope that we don't have to stock the store also one day.

Very convenient with both self check out now and cashiers... alot of stock, the sales people on the floor were very kind and helpful.

Great deals, especially this time of year with really nice Christmas trees on sale, and everything you'll need to decorate it.

Update 2/22: Much neater and more organized, and the staff is all super helpful and masked. Kind of a mess and often hard to find things. The line tends to move pretty fast, though.

I normally have a good experience at this location. However, on my most recent visit someone else took my store pick up order. The staff was accommodating and replaced my order, but I had to speak to several staff members before finding someone who knew where my replacement order was. The woman I spoke with on the phone assured me the cashiers would know where my order was, but that wasn’t the case. The situation became a bit confusing for several of them. I am hoping I don’t have to go through this experience again.

Love Michaels especially now. Went to Riverfront center in Clifton in the morning for purpose of buying "Halloween light up witch with birds" picture. I love it. My daughter & I are both very happy with it. 2 AA batteries - hang it up- switch it on & your done. The styertown location was out of stock & now as of this morning so is Riverfront. There was only four when I got there. There was one when I left. Kind of disappointed with the carvable pumpkin sizes-shapes & prices. However this location has a ton of Halloween decor
