Did my first professional frames of some pictures here. Wow! They far exceeded my expectations and with coupons, this was a great value. I couldn't be happier with the quality and style. The gentlemen who helped really guided me to make good decisions

Love this store, they have so much stuff and the staff were so nice. I got the perfect candle holders!

I always love a good Michael’s trip, but this location rarely has what I am looking for in stock. Stuff is kind of scattered everywhere. Employees are nice, but lack training on things like coupons, or their computer system.

I love love love THIS craft store. Unlike the Michael's at Jantzen, the employees don't act like loss prevention so you actually get customer service. Side note; some women carry mini backpacks instead of purses....

Michael's was fine. Most employees there seemed to purposely avoid eye contact so that they weren't approached for help. Maybe it's a Covid thing? The cashier was very friendly however. They have a decent selection of art supplies. Experience was fine but nothing to write home about.

Michaels is always the best for crafting supplies, but be forewarned: if you want a cheeseburger, look elsewhere.
