unprofessional and uncomfortable. Dentist is rude and asks personal questions that have nothing to do with my teeth, I'm on time to every appointment and still have to wait an hour and other people are taken back before me when I showed up first. I have one invisalign tray left and I will NOT be returning!!! ever!

If you plan on purchasing their teeth whitening (through Groupon or any other discount site), beware that they will charge you $100, on TOP of what you already paid, for a mandatory consultation and teeth cleaning, even if you have had your teeth cleaned as recent as 2-3 days prior to the whitening by your regular dentist. This is completely misleading and fraudulent advertising as they don't state that in any of their fine print. So, really, a $130 (as advertised) teeth whitening will cost you $230. When I told them that what they're doing is misleading, Corinne tried to quote me some ambiguous "law" that a dentist must examine you before performing any procedure. I told her that a "teeth cleaning" is not an "examination" and she told me "I'm not going to argue with you." Completely unprofessional.

I had the whitening service performed and the results were beyond expectation and the staff was absolutely amazing. The hygienist was fantastic and certainly one of the most delightful people imaginable. The level of professionalism was extraordinary.
