Micro Instruments

When I first went to Micro Instruments I had a good experience. The Staff is warm, welcoming and professional. I didn't have to wait to be seen by the Hearing Care Specialist, Effie Sullivan who took care in evaluating and explaining the procedures to me. Thank you Effie and Terry for your help and making my experience a smooth one.

Routine check-up on Signa hearing aids worn about a year and a half was performed professionally with advice to wear them daily even if confined inside residence. Terry and Effie are very pleasant and competent.

As always I was greeted with a pleasant welcome by the receptionist followed by meeting with the audiologist shortly thereafter and she solved my hearing device in only a few minutes reminding me I had coverage and did not have to pay. I appreciate being treated the way I am always treated when I visit Micro Instruments! NAT Piro

The service I receive from both Terry and Effy are second to none. Effy will take whatever time it needs to make my hearing aids work most effective. Both personable people and a pleasure to be a patient
