Mid America RV

Not the biggest dealer in the area, but certainly the best in customer service and friendliness. We shopped the other dealers, and at the end of the day found ourselves searching "just one more" place. We were sold! Our salesperson is Scott and he has a wealth of knowledge on his products and has one of the best attitudes I've come across in this industry. We also requested some small special additions from their service department. Their service manager called just to double check exactly how we wanted things completed and he was the definition of polite and friendly. And if you are thinking about or need to finance, there is no need to feel pressured or awkward with Melissa. She is spectacular. This is a business with honesty and integrity in mind every step of the way. Very pleased and recommend giving Midland your time if you are in the hunt for any type of RV!

My wife and I were searching for our first camper and decided to go to Mid America. The staff was extremely helpful and never pushy. If you are in the market for a camper or even just looking, I would highly recommend checking them out.

If we could give them a zero we would. It has been non stop issues with this place since we literally signed papers. Between financing, not being upfront with costs, having stuff broken on the TT it’s been a joke, one person saying one thing and the next something different. Their customer service and management is abhorrent. We’ve had our brand new TT less than a year and are getting rid of it already just so we no longer have to deal with this company.
