Missed two days of work for them to tell me they couldn’t see me because I came too late, when the line was backed up to even get to the front desk which caused all the patients to be late. At this point I’m going to a different urologist.
I have been going to this office for a couple years now. I have found the staff to be friendly and the offices to be clean.
No real backbone here. Everybody is affraid to judge the matter. Not going to see any other drs. Patients. Go to the emergency room! Good for nothing!

Based on initial phone call-rudeness, poor listening skills. Update-Office visit- completely different experience. Front office competent, nursing-professional and caring, Dr.-excellent credentials, knowledgeable, kept the mood light. Even congratulated for seeking treatment.
The appointment setters are so shockingly rude, I had to check the number I was calling to confirm I was actually calling a doctor's office. It was unbelievable and it happened 3 times.
