Visited today, looking primarily for military scale plastic models although he has much, much more than just models. He has a large selection of older, out-of-production 1/72 scale military aircraft kits. Good selection of 1/700 scale ships, and 1/35 scale armor kits. His website does not reflect what is on the shelves, so you really need to visit the store. Many kits are marked 25% off.

I have been a big fan of the store for a while, but the recent renovations are blowing me away. This is a great store full of every materials for all hobbies. Trains, RC cars and planes, models, games, and all the paints you could want. The staff are super friendly and will order anything they don’t have.

I've got bad news for anyone that would rather buy the parts from this store & fix their own problem. If a business refuses anyone a valid exchange then you cannot trust this business..The lady I had to go through for a defected part exchange sounds like she doesn't speak English as a native language & she wouldn't make a valid exchange for me. In my case, the part was sold as a pair & she doesn't seem to understand the concept of taking 1 part out of a new package, exchange me that 1 piece then she would have the full package for issuing a quality rejection to Traxass. It's an even dumber concept for me to have to dissect the other wheel which isnt broke uninstall the other part & return them parts as a pair. Either way... a quality rejection is issued as a full pair, complete package deal. As a person that spent just under $400 in parts & accessories in this store during a short period of time... Not gonna happen ever again unless this problem is fixed. I just wish I could do business with someone local, smart, & not just online. The person is highly capable? Are you kidding me? What's 2 minus 1? And what's 1+1? You think I insulted her? Im sorry to break it to you but she earned it.. It is what it is...

Me and my son were blown away how much fun the actual business was. Went in to purchase an RC car ended up racing race cars reading comic books and playing with hot wheels like you we were at home and there was no pressure from any employees but when I had questions they were there to answer.

Great place!!!! They always have exactly what I need , and are always willing to help with repairs and advice, especially with Traxxas cars and trucks. From the smallest parts and gears to big tires and motors. The guy that helps me with my remote control cars is highly qualified in all radio control vehicles. Don’t hesitate go in and enjoy. The friendly staff and outstanding products . Best spot in Memphis….

We stopped by as we were driving past and I'm so glad we did! All of the employees were amazing with my young kids and nephews. They got toys out for them to play with and answered all of their train and rc questions. What a treasure!!

OBSESSED is an understatement!!! This store has everything!!! They have model trains, action figures, comic books, board games, book nooks DIY miniture houses, embroidery kits, paint by numbers, puzzles, and literally anything fun and creative!!!!! Such an experience going here, and it makes you feel like a kid again. Lovely workers, environment, and selection! 10/10 recommend

This place is huge! They definitely have every hobby that I can think of covered in this huge store. Whether you like planes, buggies, monster trucks, trains, crawlers, Legos and slot car racing with a huge indoor slot car track! They also have a huge selection of model trains there too with all the accessories! I am impressed and a little sad that I haven't known it was there sooner!

I love the old school customer service and how nice and kind everyone is here. My son loves to go here to play with his slot car! This place is a hidden treasure for moms! Seriously , lots of entertainment for the kids and parents can enjoy a safe atmosphere for their littles! My son and niece love it here! And because of that so do I! Everyone is just so friendly and helpful! Worth checking out!

My boyfriend wanted to stop here on our way from LA to MO. He is enjoying it a lot. Like a kid in a candy shop. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice open, spacious, clean store. Bathrooms were well maintained and clean.
