Communication seems to be a real issue here. We've had some small issues before with some of the pool staff but nothing major. However we were told by the director that our sons guests for his bday party could stay for the whole open swim time since it was a small group it wouldn't be a problem. Then we were told by the aquatics director after we were at the pool that this was not the case and since we entered the pool early, they needed us to leave early and any non-member would need to pay $5 if they wanted to keep swimming. We decided to just take the party back to our house. This unfortunately was the last straw and we are canceling our membership . I know for the most part it is a bunch of nice people trying to do nice things which is why you got 2 stars instead of 1 but based on our experience we can no longer support this local organization anymore. Please do better for the next family and if there is some sort of miscommunication don't make the kids pay by having them leave early... just do better. I Would NOT Recommend having a party here. However, I will note that Hannah up front did an amazing job with decorating and being super nice and accommodating!
Weather it's for a party, special Olympics swim practice or just going to work out we love this place. There is a couple water slides, a small lazy river, hot tub available on one side. The other side is an amazing pool I could swim laps in l day. The locker rooms are large and clean. There is even a family locker room. I ry need to explore everything else they have to offer. I know I peeked in on a zumba class that looked fun!
Just visited the Y to check it out. It's very nice and clean. The pool looks amazing and the gym as well. They have so much to offer compared to the old YMCA. I would definitely check this out if you want to have some family fun.
After taking a couple years off during the pandemic I tried the pool again today. Much better experience. Suit dryer working, hot tub and slide running. Great day. Glad to see things looking better than 2017.
When we moved in the middle of the pandemic, the emergency daycare are such a God send. We recently joined the club, my husband likes the 24/7 gym and I use the pool for lap swims and the lifeguards in general are really good . They are very attentive and I always felt really safe when they’re around. I have to give a shout out to Morgan , she’s awesome, she gave me pointers to help with my form. Definitely going above and beyond. And my son loved the weekend fun swims too!
Love working out here. Child care is great. Just wish they had morning family swim time available, even just once a week during the week days.
Very clean facility, very large pool, kid friendly, nice and helpful staff
They really need to get the swim lessons together. They give the review the last day for your child but sign ups are every 3rd Monday so how are you supposed to sign up for appropriate class ?
I originally went here to work out inside of the gym while having my kids go play somewhere in the facility so it made things coinvent, staff was always respectful and patient. they could improve there gym, feel like I was limited and not having the same options like other places. I stop going here when this place stop being coinvent for me and just made more sense to join a gym that focus in that area, but very interested when there done with constructions with there new plans
Always a great facility to hosting our taekwondo competitions. Very helpful staff
