Jubille’s customer service was amazing. Spoke to her over the phone to schedule a oil change, and was off the phone in less then 5minutes. Coming inside getting greeted and also car keys taken instantly to start my car service. Will defiantly be coming back.

We have been depending on this Pep Boys location for years. We have always been treated well; the service is efficient and they always explain the cause of the problem and how it can be fixed. The staff is polite and very professional especially Jubilee!. I would recommend this location to everyone.

Around 12/12 I Went to the 234 Scotland Rd. Orange Pep boy to have a front right tire lug replaced and Daniel lied to me stating he couldn’t replace the lug because the hole was rusted and I needed a new wheel hub costing $640. 12/15 3 days later I took the car to Jersey City Pep boy on 2958 Joh F. Kennedy Blvd. and Rashid manager in training put on new lug without any problem cost $40. Scammer at Orange, NJ store should be Fired….

Went there to fix tpms light they told me I needed to replace 2 sensors I did that and light didn't go away they were telling me I need a 5th sensor for the spare. Went to a local mechanic and he fixed the issue in 20 mins. Wasted my money here

Came for a oil change and was told the car was leaking coolant and I needed to change my radiator and thermostat on a car that's barely 2yrs old. Took the car somewhere else for inspection and was told I didn't have any leaks. They attempted to screw me out of thousands of dollars of unnecessary work. If they lied about that, what else are they lying about? Stay away from this place.

Good service and instructions from the staff. Got my brakes done and replaces air & cabin filters. Edit: updating my review. The reason for two stars is I noticed a day later that the mechanic has touched multiple areas of car interiors with his hand and left multiple oil marks which are hard to remove. They should have cleaned it before delivering the car.

Preface: I don’t think I’ve ever left a review before but had to after this experience. I found I had a ONE nail in my tire and brought it in to have it patched, knowing the location of the nail I didn’t think it would be an issue. They took it back and then told me that I actually had TWO nails and the other one I didnt see was in a spot that required a new tire and, since my car was AWD, to buy at least one more. Something didn’t feel right they couldn’t tell me where it was, etc. so I left. Went to a different place the next day, by some miracle, only ONE nail was found. They patched my tire in 15 min. What the guy working there did was just wrong, the wrong thing to try and do to a customer, and it’s why car repair places have the rep they do. I hope it does come back to bite you at some point but, until then, hopefully people just avoid going yo your location.

I had the worst experience today. I had an appointment for oil change, and waited for 2hrs in shop. even than I was told it will take at least 45 mins more. I don’t know what’s the point of appointment if it takes 3hrs for an oil change.. at least would have appreciated some more information along the way.

This team is absolutely fantastic! Every time I come in to get my car fixed, they get the job done well, the manager as well as her staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. 5 stars all around!

Let me start off by saying that I've been dealing with quite a few Pep Boys for a long time recently I went to the one in Brooklyn and it was a disaster I ended up losing thousands of dollars it was nuts but today I went to the one in Jersey City and dealt with the receptionist at the desk name Rosa Not only was she sweet and kind and professional she was a joy to deal with and just her demeanor was soothing so that's where I'm going from now on but I still have to deal with my issues with Brooklyn because I'm still having issues and it's ridiculous how much I lost dealing with them I could have bought gold tires for all the money I spent but what I want to say is thank you very much Rosa you are an amazing person to deal with and you do your job well If I could give you 10 Stars I would
