The young man Jack who answered my phone call and who helped me the entire time my car was there was above and beyond any customer service I've ever had. He took my car in immediately and have me a courtesy car to use while mine was being worked on which was more than I had expected. He stayed in contact with me the entire time and when it started getting late he called and told me to keep the loaner car overnight because they wanted to spend more time on my car. It originally went in for a starter issue but felt there might be something else going on to. So they didn't want to just replace the starter if that wasn't going to solve my problem. The next morning Jack called me at 8:40 am and told me my car was ready to be picked up. The only thing they could find wrong with it was a bolt on the starter had come loose. I was obviously overjoyed at such good news but even happier that they were all so honest. This is a very rare thing to find these days when it comes to mechanics or mostly any other profession. My car recently broke down while traveling home from the beach and I was towed to this service center. I was traveling with a friend and my 3 dogs, without my wallet, which I lost on the way to the beach cash, credit cards, debit card, ID all gone. The manager, Rick Best, was kind, compassionate, and motivated to help us get back on the road home. He gave us an extremely fair estimate and showered us with hospitality while we waited. Our mechanic, Shane, extended us the same kindness and offered encouragement throughout our wait. I honestly couldn't begin to say how thankful I am for both of these gentlemen, and frankly, everyone we encountered here...it was prompt, professional service where we were treated with exceptional care. Thanks for helping us get home and making our day so much better!!
Service was great! Starting from setting up appointment online & In-The-Shop Service. I purchased 4 new tires... total price very reasonable. Recieved vehicle inspection information via text message, great feature.
Quick oil change service! Friendly and helpful staff. The waiting area is clean and cool with TV's and magazines, coffee, water and a clean restroom. The chairs were comfortable. The waiting area faces the garage so you can see your car being worked on. The garage looked organized and clean.
These guys are great! My elderly mother lives nearby and can no longer drive her car to get it serviced. They were kind enough to pick me up and drop me off, so I could manage to get her car handled. I highly recommend them!
I went to repair the engine oil leak. First, they told me the issue caused by the engine oil panel, then they replace it. But nothing solved after replacing the engine oil panel. I went back then they recheck the whole issue. They found there is engine oil leaking from valve cover. I fix that, trusting what they recommend me. Then still there was engine oil leak. Now again they found that the leak is going on due to V-tech Solinoid. By then, I spent lots of money and replace three major things and I should choose them wisely. Very bed experience! Finally relieved after getting some good auto repair shops.
They were easy to deal with and upfront about costfor me oil change. The wait time was very reasonable. I would recommend and will be a repeat customer!
I can’t recommend this place enough. Rick and his team are amazing - very accompanying, caring, and trustworthy. They went above and beyond to help me when I had irreparable mail damage to my tires on a very short deadline. As a female with little car knowledge, Rick made sure I was taken care of, which is huge and so appreciated. Thanks guys!!

They were going to charge me $82 for a low beam light bulb replacement on an 07 Chevy Trailblazer. I said, no thanks I'll be on my way. Went to Advanced Auto down the street, bought a bulb for $15 and Advance Auto put it in for free. Do not go to them they will charge you an arm and a leg for the simplest things.
