I'm just a personal builder, not a commercial account for Midland Plastics but my last experience showed me what great customer service they have. My acrylic order suffered some damage to the corners, Mike and team promptly recut my order and resolved the issue. I really appreciate that kind of service, even for the little guys like me.

First off, you walk into the front door and wait for a woman to get up and look to see if you're there and then she has to go get one of the sales people. Only after about 5-10 minutes. So you're sitting there wondering what's going on. Heaven forbid you ask the woman for some help. I would stay away from this place like the plague. They don't have set prices, the salesmen/women will sell you what you want at a price they want. So if they want to charge you $60 for a $20 "drop"(also known as scrap), they will do so. They're a shady business. There are more plastic suppliers in Green Bay to choose from. I would suggest to look elsewhere. Oh and the best yet, if you need a piece at a specific size, they have to send it out and it takes a day to get back. I'm not sure that they know what a panel saw is? Seems to me that a panel saw would be a vital piece of equipment that they could use to save time and money to the customer. Bad decisions after bad decisions.
