The owner was incredibly kind and friendly. They did a great job of talking me through the choices and helping me determine the best product for me. Very reasonably priced. Materials took a long time to arrive; but I believe that’s typical these days. I wasn’t in a rush, so that was fine. There was a VERY minor ding on one garage panel I could hardly notice it upon install. They pointed it out to me right away, ordered a new panel, and replaced it. I can’t recommend this business enough. Grade A++. 11/10. For real.
Dan was so friendly and was great at explaining everything to me about the options we had. The technician that came out to look at our original opener was able to diagnose the problem quickly and found that it would cost more to fix than to replace. Our home warranty company couldn't find anyone to do the job so when I called Midtown Doors & Services they were able to diagnose and replace in less than a week could have been about 2 days but we were not in town the first day they were able to replace but am so happy with the service and would use them again if we ever need it.
Great work by Midtown Doors & Services. Very friendly, timely and reliable. We had a minor snag in our order and they were attentive and able to fix everything to perfection with no stress. I would highly recommend using them if you are in need of any type of garage door service!
Perfect service. On time and super pleasant to work with. Attended to my 20-year-old garage door opener to give it a bit more life. Gave me some information on how I can keep the opener operational. Didn't offer to upsell me anything. And very reasonable cost for the service. I will always use Midtown Doors & Service for my garage door needs.
It’s very rare to find a company nowadays who is extremely professional and yet very personable. Dan is the best and went out of his way to meet my schedule and expectations ! I was very pleased with the quick service provided by midtown doors. Originally I had them install a garage door opener when I purchased my home and was very pleased with how quickly they did that as well. Very easy to work with.
