What a great experience! Our floors look amazing after Bill and his crew at Midtown Hardwood worked their magic, skills and experience on them. They worked very quickly and unbelievably clean. They sanded and entire level of a house worth of hardwood floors without leaving any dust. Pretty amazing! We had shiny new floors that we absolutely love in about two days. I can't say enough about Bill and Carol at Midtown Hardwood! They refinished our floors and helped us navigate through an issue we had through fault of our own. They communicated wonderfully and rearranged their schedule in order to complete our job as we were on a tight timeline. Bill is very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. His team worked nonstop, arriving before 8 am and sometimes staying past 6pm. The entire team is very trustworthy and honest. Thanks Bill and Carol!

We were tremendously happy with Midtown Hardwood. Our floors look amazing. Maybe more importantly, Carol and Bill were terrifically easy to work with. They initially aimed for the most thrifty solution possible, but when that proved impossible, they switched gears seamlessly. As our schedule shifted, they were flexible. When I forgot to check in, Carol would remember to follow up with me to ensure that we stayed on schedule. Their crews showed up on weekends when needed. They patiently painted sample stain swatches on my floor till I got the color I liked. They cleaned up after themselves. And Bill is deeply knowledgeable about wood floors. In short, I can't recommend them more highly.

Our home is over 100 years old so we have many projects that need to be addressed. I have not been impressed with many of the professionals that come out for bids...That being said, Bill was extremely knowledgeable about his craft as well as being very efficient, not to mention putting in an excellent finished product. Our floors were finished just under a week after his estimate. Midtown Hardwood will be the only company we use for flooring moving forward.
