I have been seeing Dr. Mishu for a little over a year now and I cannot speak highly enough of him, as well as the staff at Midtown Neurology. I have chronic migraine that is, at times, debilitating and severely impacts my way of life. I have literally seen specialists all over the country and Dr. Mishu is one of the very best, bar none. He is empathetic, listens to his patients and is very quick to respond to messages through the patient portal. He is also very good about trying different protocols in an attempt to provide his patients with relief. And, the staff has been extremely helpful and responsive in dealing with insurance and getting approval on various treatments. I drive about two hours one way for my appointments and it is, without a doubt, worth it. Highly recommend!

I could not be happier with the services provided by Midtown Neurology. From front desk to check out, everything was great. The staff cares about all their patients. My mother has seen Jennifer Kim and Dr. H. Mishu. Both providers took the time to listen too all of the concerns, made a diagnosis, and started treatment all within a month. We are grateful to have found this practice and look forward to continuing care with them!

False advertised on their website. Staff unprofessional and unorganized. Scheduled me months out until April 11th. Then called threatened to cancel my appointment if I didn't self pay when most people pay on day of their appointment. Called from unprofessional numbers not business numbers threatening to cancel my appointment. False advertised and lie about what insurance they take. They only care about money not establishing a rapport with a new client. I would never suggest this company to nobody. Uncaring inconsiderate to someone who called with a traumatic brain injury.

I really like the doctors here, but getting in contact with them to get a referral or to send information to my other doctors is a nightmare. I'm trying to get them to respond to refer me to another specialist and it's like pulling teeth it seems. The first time I asked they just never returned my phone call at all.

So glad I found this place. Everyone in the office is professional, delivers top notch service it feels like a family. Ray is great, patient and shows extra care with physical therapy. Highly recommend.

When you’re calling a patient that was REFERRED to you and, YOU Mispronounce their name. It is the PATIENTS right to correct how you in a professional manner. NOT for you as another Medical Professional to get an attitude and move along with the call like nothing was said, and have the AUDACITY to say “ ah is this the patient”?!?? Well yes ma’am that’s why I corrected you and how you pronounced my name. I politely stated I do not want to move forward with this referral RUDE was a understatement coming from another medical professional as I was laughing when I corrected her I’ve heard my name pronounced a lot worse. BUT, what you won’t do is be rude to me!

I had my first visit today at Midtown Neurology with Nassim Nabavi and what an amazing experience it was. Everyone from the front office to the nurses were amazing. Nassim listened to me and actually cared about getting to the bottom of what is causing my symptoms as opposed to just giving me meds. I actually teared up in the office because I felt like I had finally been seen and heard for the first time in months since my condition started instead of just being dismissed. I highly recommend her and Midtown Neurology.

Dr. Mishu and and his NP Natalia take great care and put a lot of thought into treating my migraines. They are always up to date on the newest treatments available, but they also keep the cost of treatments and medications in mind. They truly care about their patients. The office staff are also great, willing to check for appointments and offer explanations for any bills. All around, the medical and office staff take great care of their patients!

Wow. What a fantastic doctor's office. The calm and serene feeling when first walking through the door set me at ease. The receptionists were kind and considerate, not at all preoccupied or demanding. My first impression was quiet and calm--exactly what you are looking for when you aren't feeling great and are in pain. We saw Dr. Mishu and what an incredibly knowledgeable doctor. He took his time and explained the situation. He also showed us a picture to help us better understand the problem. Very nice and a sense of humor as well, which always helps. We were able to set specific goals and in addition he gave us options and opinions as to those options, which is perfect as we felt we had a sense of control. Definitely will be a long-time patient.

Hands down one of the best practices I've ever been to. Does it take forever to get an initial appointment? Yes, but it's because once you're in, you're in. Dr. Bragg has the best bedside manners I've ever known and is magical. Also, the rest of the staff is incredible. The are also very quick to respond on the online portal. For example, I needed a refill on some medication for an upcoming trip. I wrote in on a Sunday and they responded within an hour and had the refill sent to my pharmacy that same Sunday. They'll also work with you through the portal on other questions/concerns without you having to come back in to the office for every single need. That's a huge bonus for me.
