Midtown Printing

I was preparing to attend a conference in Nashville and last minute noticed that I didn't have enough business cards. I contacted Terri of Midtown Printing past closing and she kindly helped me. Terri was very professional as she clearly explained the types of printing available, card stock & finishing, etc. The order was completed on time and the cards looked great. But, the story goes beyond the professionalism & quality cards. It's the personal touch and customer service; for such a small order they delivered the cards to the hotel. Many thanks to Terri and Midtown Printing for helping me have a successful conference.

The letterpress business cards that Midtown Printing designed and pressed for our firm are so elegantly and beautifully produced that we have received compliments on our cards every day since they were delivered. Angela is exceptional and won't steer your business wrong.

Ough Midtown... I have done several projects with Midtown and there quality is exceptional. I have been around and around Nashville printers, and Midtown is the best. I will say the below post about rude could be true, I think the posts are about one person in particular...I was off put by this person as well but... everyone has there special personality I don't think this person means to be rude that's just how they are...so love them despite themselves. As far as responding, they are a bit slow sometimes, but they're busy. I just follow up and they get back to me. Basically, if you're looking for a company to jump through a flaming hoop for you and run when you call like a labrador these guys aren't for you. But if you're looking for a company that meets deadlines, and gives great quality I'd use them.

We had a conference close to downtown place. Our company is from the west coast so we sent in our artwork and picked up the print locally. The quality was great. We would use them again.

I'm very disappointed in this company. I was recommended them by a graphic design teacher at the college I work at and went down to see them for some printing needs. The woman who helped me was a little cold and kind of rude. She told me she would get me a quote on Monday as I stopped by on a Friday. It is over a month later that I am writing this review and I still have not received a call from them with a quote. I called to see if they had a quote for me and they were still working on it but still haven't received a quote. I really wanted to like this company but unfortunately cannot because they don't have good follow through.
