i don't normally post to these things but Midwest has been doing a fantastic job on my fire alarm work for several years now. i just recently had them install door access and cameras to my office and could not be more pleased the gentlemen that was onsite was friendly and very knowledgeable. We made several change to the system and no extra charged were added from the original proposal. i would recommend this company to all my friends

the PC mentioned in the above post was received by Midwest Alarms with so much dust that the CPU fan was unable to even spin. After offering to look at it FREE of Charge the customer was unable to provide the windows user password to even get logged into the machine. we cleaned the PC and offered to purchase a new software system at COST for the customer as the current system has been in place over 3 years. i feel Midwest was more than fair and can not be expected to replace a 3 year old product at no cost to the customer

Literally the worst camera surveillance company I have ever dealt with. Zero call backs to the customer. After a month an a half of delays they returned my computer to me in pieces (yes as is parts disconnected and non functional). They have zero focus on the customer nor do they support the product they install.
