We unfortunately had a very poor experience with this company. We found their communication and timeliness to be highly unprofessional. Initially they seemed to be very professional. Our first concern came up when we were asked what color roof we wanted. We had been told our rep would bring us color samples. Instead he showed up with paperwork for us to review and pictures on his phone of old jobs. We had to choose a color from this pictures on his phone (the same issue came up when asked about or gutter colors--no samples, no guidence, just a quick call telling us to make a color choice). Most dissapointing was the issues we had with scheduling the work with them. Multiple attempts (via phone and email) were made on our end over several months to obtain a schedule of any kind for the replacement of our roof and gutters. Our direct representative Ricky (who initiated communication with us by email) rarely, if ever, answered our emails (or calls) to him requesting information (particularly about scheduling). Sometimes he'd call oit of tge blue telling us someone was coming that day. Almost every time workers showed up it was with little to no heads up. Multiple times my wife and 15 month old daughter ended up being home alone when these workers arrived. With some notice I would have been able to take time off work or my family could have stayed with someone while work was being done. At least twice we were told someone would arrive for work and no one showed up (& no one called to explain why or if there would be a rescheduling). Finally after all work was done we waited for an invoice. None arrived of course. About 3 weeks after all work was done (mid-August now, first contact with them was April/May) we were called by our representative Ricky and told "it's been a while" so his boss wanted him to come pick up a check for payment from us. No invoice. When asked if we could mail it to a company location or pay online we were told that was not possible. Finally Ricky told us he would send us the address for us to mail payment. He texted a screen shot of the Google address on Google maps. When asked if we would be able to obtain a receipt for payment (now our primary concern) Ricky gave a strange non-answer. We just want to interact with a professional. We don't enjoy giving poor reviews but feel that both good and poor experiences need to be shared to keep businesses doing their best work. We hope others have a better experience than we have with this company.

MSR did an excellent job of repairing our roof and siding damage on our home in a timely and professional manner. They had experience with insurance companies which helped us figure out how the insurance claim process worked and best ways to get our home restored. We will definitely recommend them to others.

Greatly enjoyed working with MSR. Our roof got a new makeover, and got a great deal to add siding to our home. We are very pleased with the results and love that it helps increase our home value and makes it look like new.

MSR did an excellent job replacing roofs on four houses for us and replacing siding on one after a catastophic hail storm. The MSR representative who assisted us, Breck Stratton, is extremely knowledgeable and worked with us and on our behalf through the insurance process. He was always available for advice and communication regarding the repairs, despite our being 3 time zones apart from the properties. Honesty, Integrity, Quality Repairs, Fair Prices. We would recommend MSR and Breck to anyone.

Our homes hail damage roof repairs were fast, professional, and they helped us figure out the insurance mumbo jumbo. Thanks and would recommend them to anyone.
