Very helpful and patient. Took my 4yr old in to have an eye exam and he needed glasses, the Dr. Who did his exam was great and the ladies out front were awesome helping us pick out glasses.

Polite, happy, very courteous staff. Very good experience personally and I would recommend them to anyone.

They have the best customer service. We bought glasses for our kids, which had a warranty. Then we moved two states away, and of course my son breaks his glasses, I calley them and they shipped me new glasses for him. All I had to do was ship his broken ones back. We have even discussed driving the six hours just to purchase glasses from them again.

Ray-ban frame RB5355 is $270 in this store. The frame price on Ray-ban official website is $185😀They do not offer price match and I don't know how this work in the US. But I suggest people purchase frames online or somewhere else.
