Midwestern Dental - Warren

I strongly warn against using this dental office. They were 45 minutes past my scheduled cleaning appointment before I was seen. Someone who walked in with no appointment was seen before me. The dental hygienist was on her phone texting for the first part of the appointment, got me soaked during the cleaning, and the cleaning didn't feel thorough. The dentist looked in my mouth and at x-rays for 2 minutes and barely spoke. Given the care I received, I decided to go somewhere else to get a filling addressed. Be warned that the office will charge you a $25 fee for transferring your own x-rays. This extra charge just made the entire experience even worse. The office felt dirty and the staff was unfriendly. They were unconcerned with my experience, my dissatisfaction with the office, or trying to make the situation right. I STRONGLY recommend going somewhere else.

I have been going to Midwestern since a child. So that's all I knew. I grew up and finally needed to see a dentist so a set up an appointment here. The first receptionist was cool. During my many times going back root camel and cavities they got a new receptionist. She was rude. I stop going for the rest of my cavities because of that. Couple of years later present time my tooth needs to be pulled. Of course I called who I knew to make an appointment. Receptionist was rude. She even hung up on me after stating my appointment date. No thank you. No is there anything else o can do for you. Just dial tone. I'm done with this place. Finding me a new dentist

Exceptional staff and Doctors. Everyone their has compassion, integrity, & knowledge on what ever procedure is needed. If you are ever nervous or " hate the dentist " this place will absolutely have you thinking and feeling better before you leave.

The office that I normally go to was closed. I had an emergency issue and called the Warren location. Jennifer was very pleasant on the telephone and told me to come right in. The doctor gave me a temporary fix that made my tooth look almost as if nothing happened. This was all done within one hour. I’m so grateful for their services.

Great people great service works with you in every way. Dentists do a great job and take the extra time to do it right. Assistants are friendly and really nice to talk to which makes going to the dentist not a bad experience.

Dr. Grzywacz was very gentle with my root canal. Although it took 3 different visits to complete. A couple weeks later the cap fell out while I was eating bread. Went back for a visit so they could look at the tooth and was told if they put it back in it would probably fall back out. So now I have to get an implant. I feel like I waisted a lot of time and money for no reason and I lost a tooth in the process. Very disappointed in Midwest. I've been her since I was a little girl but now it's time to find a REAL dentist.

Terrible. The whole office smelled, may be because of the rotting reception chairs. They were playing loud top 40 while the dentist was drilling away at my teeth. I personally don't like that music so it added a prisoner being tortured type feel to the experience. The assistant was straight up rude and told me I had anxiety.. tell me something I don't know. Who wouldn't have anxiety while having their teeth drilled out in a nasty dental place with Miley Cyrus or whoever playing in the background. Oh and the dentist stabbed me with one of her sharp tools on accident while talking to the other trashy receptionist/ assistants about her schedule. Unbelievable. I feel violated. Violated to the point of taking another shower today.

I will never go back to this place. The service here sucks, they are always running behind, however they charge you if your late or cancel. The last time I was there they tried to do a deep cleaning not because I needed it, the dentist said only because its been awhile. So I denied the deep cleaning and because I denied that they wouldn't do a regular cleaning. I will never go back and I will post this everywhere I can to stop everyone I know not to go here again ever. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My service wasn't bad. They didn't do a good job of explaining what they were doing or why. I had my exam, then the scheduled an appointment for me after they determined what the insurance would cover. I came back and they just started to work. Not all that great in the education department. Office was clean, a bit out dated compared to other dentist offices I have been to. Very middle of the road.

Dr. G IS AWESOME never found a dentist with such chairside Manor helps you relax so you don't feel nervous until I met dr. G the staff is always friendly they try to get you in as soon as they possibly can for appointments my kids are not real big on dentist but love doctor G as well and the staff they feel comfortable going and getting teeth clean teeth pulled are cavities filled whatever it may be we're all cool with dr. G and his staff
