Mijac Alarm

Sorry to see mijac alarm go. They were great Bay alarm can't seem to get anything straight. Customer service is terrible. I've had to call five times just to get my system upgraded.

I have used Mijac Alarm for 17 or 18 years! The security system in our home provides peace of mind when we leave, and when our family goes to bed in the evening. In this world of uncertainty, it is a very secure feeling to know that Mijac keeps us safe! We have only had three or four issues with the system over 17 years which I think is pretty good. Their staff when we called has always been polite, and the issues resolved by their technicians quickly and cleanly. I wouldn't hesitate to go with them, I'm sure you'll receive the first class service we have!

Mijac's customer service and attention to detail is what sold me when I was getting estimates for a new security system. I got a good vibe from John McNamera, who answered all of my initial questions and made sure I got the right system for my needs. My installers, Chris and Nate, made sure the system was installed properly and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the install. Chris spent a good amount of time teaching me and my family how to use the system and patiently answered all of our questions. I am extremely satisfied with every aspect of my new security system and feel confident Mijac will be there for me if I ever need them.

Mijac is one of the greatest alarm companies anywhere. I've worked with many and I've never seen an alarm company that is so professional and customer service oriented. They take great care of their customers and their vendors. The owner Steve Sopkin is first class individual. I'd recommend Mijac to anyone needing a great security company.

Called to have them repair some old off-contract alarm equipment in my home. The installer was prompt, courteous, professional, and clean. I was so impressed I asked their sales team for a quote to upgrade my system. The sales people came out, where honest, professional, and gave me a price that was far less than what ADT wanted to do the same thing. Ended up purchasing a full new alarm system to replace our 25+ year old one, which they installed quickly. From start to finish, the company is very professional, shows extreme pride in their work and has done a fantastic job at doing the work and keeping me satisfied as a customer.

We really enjoyed all the work Chris and Nate did for us today installing our new wireless alarm system and sky bell. They were very professional and caring in every way. We were recommended by our real estate agent to set up a temporary alarm while the house was for sale and through the escrow process. Jon came out the same day and set up the system. The installation took about 30 minutes and was completely wireless and didn't need to holes drilled or wires run - impressive response and service!

The technicians were very friendly and peofessional. They explained everything to this old and technically challenged senior citizen. I appreciated thier politeness and patience. I have had Mijac for my alarm company since 1981 and would not change.

Received an email from Steve Sopkin President saying: "Why should I waste my f***ing time doing your s**t.". After politely replying, the next response was: "You... are a piece of s**t aren't you".
