My experience purchasing a car from Mike Calvert Toyota was excellent. I worked with Edward Rios through the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as he could. Working with Edward was an absolute pleasure! He is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. I also feel that I got an exceptional value and was offered a high level of customer service. I had a great car buying experience at Mike Calvert Toyota thanks to Alex Moreno that helped me every step of the way. I wanted a specific Camry model and I was able to order one and Alex was very helpful with updating me with the progress. All the way down to the financial department as well. I had a great experience at Mike Calvert Toyota. Damien in sales was super helpful, and was 100% honest and straightforward about everything along the way. Charlie in financing was super informative about the coverage and packages I could add to protect my investment, and explained everything very clearly. The car market is crazy right now and dealer service is honestly lacking at many places in Houston, but Damian Duran proved to me that customer service still exists and that Mike Calvert is a dealership that will get things done for its customers. I am super excited to order the new Toyota Sequoia Capstone, and despite some technical difficulties that were no fault of Damian or the dealership they still made things work so I could get in line for the upcoming launch of the new Sequoia. Additionally, my visit was under 30 minutes which I appreciated because they valued my time. Thank you for making my experience special, and if you need a new car make sure to ask for Damian!

These guys are awesome and got me in the car as fast as possible and gave me a fair honest price. The car is beautiful and I would definitely recommend this dealership over any other Toyota! Had a great experience buying my first car here. The sales person, Adrian Benitez, made it such a smooth and simple process, I really feel like I got a great deal thanks to him, great service and communication skills, I am so happy I decided to stop by this location after going to 3 other dealerships on the same day, I would definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for honest people doing the car sales business!
Purchased a brand new truck thanks to the help of Damian Duran. My intentions were to window shop but thanks to his approachability and genuine support I found a vehicle that I love. Car shopping can be intimidating but thanks to his knowledge and care I was able to feel comfortable and make a decision that felt right. Everyone was polite and encouraging without being a pushy, wish I could give a higher rating!

Spoke over the phone and he was right to the point on what's available, and gave us an out the door number beating out competition by over a $1000. Made the whole transaction and experience excellent and very pleasant. Would highly recommend him and Mike Calvert to anyone in the market for a Toyota.
