Mike's Ice Cream

This is such a cute and fun ice cream shop. So glad I was able to stop in as was in town for hard apple cider festival. They have so many great ice cream flavors and serving options that is what nearly hard to choose just one. I ended up getting a huckleberry milkshake which they actually use real huckleberries and vanilla ice cream. It was so yummy I'm sure to try going back again to get another shake or try something else. Definitely recommend going, well worth the wait.

Nice little ice cream shop with lots of outdoor seating. I haven’t had a chocolate flavor quite as good as Mike’s “Mandarin Chocolate” flavor! Cash or check only, fun area for kids to run around outside.

Went there today may 30th to get my daughter a happy 2nd Birthday ice cream. The employee that helped me had a angry face the entire time. Monotone responses to my nice please and thankyous (if I got a response). And tried rushing me along from the counter. I wish I could take my tip back. I've been a customer several times before and had good service. I suppose they are just slacking on the hiring process right now and hiring teenagers that seem as if they either hate you or hate being there. It's disappointing. I've never been so irritated to make a bad review of any restaurant before today.

Wow, the lemon yogurt and coffee ice cream in a waffle cone was great! The combination is so tasty! I always make a stop at Mike’s when I’m inHood River 😋

Favorite local ice cream place. Visit with people of all ages out in front of read the local happenings on the board while the kids play in the tree house.
